Senior Cleaner for Hotel Facilities in Zwolle with Leadership Duties

We are looking for a senior cleaner to lead cleaning operations at a prominent hotel in Zwolle. This role combines hands-on cleaning duties with supervisory responsibilities.

Your daily work includes cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and conference rooms, ensuring the highest hygiene standards. Additionally, you will coordinate the cleaning team’s schedules, train new staff on protocols, and monitor supply inventory.

The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills along with the ability to motivate team members. Shifts cover mornings and afternoons with some weekend work to support hotel operations.
