Junior Construction Site Helper for Residential Building Construction in Zwolle

We are a growing residential construction company based in Zwolle seeking junior helpers to support building new homes. Our projects range from single-family houses to multi-unit apartments.

Typical duties include assisting skilled workers during framing and finishing stages, site cleaning, moving materials, and preparing work areas for daily construction activities. You will be learning on the job with guidance from experienced supervisors.

Work is mainly outdoors with exposure to weather changes. Safety is a top priority and personal protective equipment will be provided. Working hours follow a Monday to Friday schedule with limited overtime.
