We are looking for an experienced greenhouse crop specialist to monitor and manage plant health in our flower and vegetable greenhouses. You will conduct pest and disease inspections, recommend treatments, and oversee crop development. The role involves data collection and reporting to management. You will work closely with the cultivation team to optimize growth conditions.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in greenhouse crop health
• Knowledge of pest management and plant diseases
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to conduct detailed inspections and reporting
• EU legal working status
• Independent and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with agricultural software a plus
