Description

A family-owned fruit farm on the outskirts of Zwolle requires experienced fruit pickers for the upcoming harvest season. Responsibilities include selectively picking ripe fruits such as apples and pears, sorting produce according to quality standards, and packing fruit for transport. Outdoor work involves some bending and lifting, often in varied weather conditions. Workdays are typically 8 to 10 hours depending on weather and yield. We provide necessary equipment and safety briefings. This role is ideal for physically fit individuals with prior picking experience.

Requirements

• Previous fruit picking or harvesting experience (1+ year)
• Good physical condition for manual labor
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather
• Basic English language skills
• Reliability with punctual attendance
• EU work eligibility
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks
