Description

Our well-established horticultural farm near Zwolle specializes in bulb cultivation and flower production. We are looking for motivated entry-level agricultural workers to join our bulb planting team. Your daily tasks will include planting flower bulbs precisely in prepared soil beds, monitoring growth progress, and assisting in greenhouse maintenance to ensure optimal conditions for plant development. Working conditions involve standing for long periods and working mostly indoors in climate-controlled greenhouses. The schedule is full-time with seasonal peaks from March to June. We offer professional training on crop handling and a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Basic physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods
• Willingness to work in greenhouse environments
• Attention to detail in planting bulbs accurately
• Basic English communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions carefully
• EU citizen with legal working eligibility
• Reliable and punctual
