Description

Our agricultural enterprise needs motivated field workers to assist with soil preparation, planting seeds, and crop nurturing outdoors near Zwolle. Tasks include digging, fertilizing, watering, and monitoring crop progress. The work is seasonal and physically demanding, with hours adjusted to daylight availability. Safety training and protective gear are provided.

Requirements

• Good physical condition for manual outdoor work
• Basic English communication
• Willingness to work in all weather
• Experience in manual agriculture a plus
• EU citizenship or valid work permit
