Work with a renowned hotel in Apeldoorn specializing in banquet and conference catering. We seek a senior kitchen assistant with strong organizational skills to support large-scale meal preparations.

Responsibilities include supervising kitchen helpers, prepping ingredients for large menus, ensuring compliance with food safety, and coordinating with chefs to meet banquet timelines. You will also oversee cleaning and inventory management.

The role requires leadership ability, experience in high-volume kitchens, and availability to work variable shifts including early mornings and weekends.

Requirements
