Senior Cheese Production Technician for Eindhoven Cheese Factory

Our Eindhoven cheese factory requires a senior production technician to lead specialized cheese manufacturing processes. We produce a range of semi-hard and hard cheeses for export and domestic markets, focusing on quality and precision.

Responsibilities include overseeing curd formation, managing fermentation and molding procedures, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. You will supervise junior staff and coordinate with quality control teams.

This role demands technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to work in temperature-controlled environments. Shift work including early mornings and weekends may apply.
