Experienced Fish Filleting Specialist for High-Volume Seafood Plant

We are a large seafood processing facility seeking an experienced fish filleting specialist to join our processing line in the Netherlands. Our focus is on premium quality fillets destined for European retailers and wholesalers. We pride ourselves on precision and consistency in every product.

As a filleting specialist, your primary responsibility will be to fillet various fish species efficiently and with minimal waste using manual and semi-automatic filleting techniques. You will monitor product quality, assist in training junior staff, and maintain a clean and organized workstation. Coordination with packaging and inspection teams is key to ensuring a smooth production flow.

The role requires working in refrigerated areas with temperatures often below 10°C. Personal protective equipment including gloves and aprons will be supplied. You will typically work full shifts, including weekends, with strict adherence to hygiene and safety guidelines.
