Description

We seek a Lead Kitchen Assistant for a prominent hotel in Leiden. This role combines kitchen support duties with team coordination and inventory management.

You will assist chefs with food prep, supervise junior kitchen staff, handle stock ordering, and ensure all kitchen areas meet hygiene standards. Leadership skills and kitchen experience are essential to this role.

The job requires standing long hours in a hot environment, working early to late shifts including weekends. A proactive and organized approach is necessary to maintain smooth kitchen operations.

We offer a senior-level pay range from €21.00 to €24.00 hourly plus paid Dutch holidays and opportunities for further managerial training.

• At least 4 years of kitchen experience, including leadership
