Our Nijmegen furniture company is hiring a senior customer service manager to oversee client relations and service delivery in-store and post-sale. We operate a large retail showroom offering stylish and durable home furniture.
The role includes developing customer service protocols, training front-line staff, handling escalated customer issues, ensuring excellent delivery experiences, and coordinating with sales and logistics departments to enhance client satisfaction.
This managerial position is full-time onsite, with standard retail hours and occasional extended shifts during promotions. You will lead a motivated team committed to high-quality customer care.
