Entry-Level Fish Processing Operative for Coastal Production Facility

Join a dynamic team at one of the Netherlands' established fish processing plants located along the coast. As an entry-level fish processing operative, you will be part of the core team that ensures timely and hygienic handling of fish from reception to final packaging.

Your daily tasks will include cleaning, gutting, filleting, and packaging fish products following strict quality and hygiene standards. You will also assist in operating basic machinery used in scaling and sorting fish. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential in this role to maintain product quality and personal safety.

Working conditions involve standing for most of the shift in a refrigerated environment (temperature typically between 2 and 8 degrees Celsius). Protective clothing and equipment will be provided. Shifts may be morning, afternoon, or night depending on production demands and include weekend work on a rotational basis.
