Senior Fishery Production Supervisor at Large Dutch Seafood Facility

We are looking for a senior production supervisor to oversee daily operations at our large seafood processing plant. The company is a key player in the Dutch fishery industry, delivering fresh and frozen products across Europe.

Your role involves managing production teams of up to 20 workers, ensuring schedules are met, quality standards upheld, and safety protocols followed. You will liaise with logistics, quality control, and maintenance departments to optimize workflow and handle personnel issues.

The work environment includes cold processing areas and production floors requiring use of protective clothing. Shift supervision covers early mornings, afternoons, and occasional nights. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
