Description

A community healthcare provider in Tilburg seeks Home Care Assistants to support elderly individuals living independently or with minimal supervision. The role includes tasks requiring basic nursing support under professional guidance.

Primary tasks involve daily personal care, monitoring health indicators, assisting with exercises, ensuring medication compliance, and light housekeeping. You will document care and report changes to supervisors.

This is an onsite role requiring visits to clients’ homes. Shift work will include weekdays and some weekends with adherence to Dutch labor regulations on working hours and breaks.

Requirements

• Completed basic nursing or caregiving course
• 1-2 years experience with elderly clients
• Good English communication skills
