We are searching for a skilled machine operator to run and maintain semi-automatic fish processing equipment in our modern facility. Our company focuses on efficient, high-volume seafood processing for retail and export markets.
Your responsibilities will include setting up and adjusting fish cutting, scaling, and packaging machines, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting minor faults, and ensuring output quality meets specifications. Coordination with the quality control team is essential to minimize downtime and waste.
The working environment is cold and humid, with temperatures ranging from 2 to 8 degrees Celsius. You will work full shifts, including weekends, wearing required protective clothing. Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are critical for success.
