Are you a natural leader with experience in logistics and a hands-on mindset? JingDong Logistics in Venray is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader who can combine operational excellence with team leadership. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth warehouse operations while motivating and developing your team within a safe, efficient, and high-quality working environment.
You know how to motivate a team while maintaining a strong focus on operational performance.
MBO+ level education, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader within a warehouse or logistics environment.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic Microsoft Office skills.
Good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
A coaching leadership style with a team-oriented mindset.
You are able to work in 2 shifts
You are available from Monday to Sunday
You have your own accommodation
You have your own transportation (car) or live in or nearby Venray so that you can also travel by bicycle or scooter.
