JingDong Logistics in Venray is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader who can combine operational excellence with team leadership. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth warehouse operations while motivating and developing your team within a safe, efficient, and high-quality working environment.
You know how to motivate a team while maintaining a strong focus on operational performance.
MBO+ level education, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader within a warehouse or logistics environment.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic Microsoft Office skills.
Good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
A coaching leadership style with a team-oriented mindset.
You are able to work in 2 shifts
You are available from Monday to Sunday

You have your own transportation (car) or live in or nearby Venray so that you can also travel by bicycle or scooter.
