Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate, safe, and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of products. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, thrives on organization and accuracy, and is committed to continuous improvement.Role MissionTo support our suppliers and customers by ensuring the correct, safe, and efficient handling of all warehouse operations, from inbound receipt through to outbound dispatch.Key ObjectivesAchieve and maintain a 99% receiving accuracy rate through thorough inspection and documentation of inbound shipmentsSupport the development and continuous improvement of warehouse procedures relating to inventory management, receiving, picking, packing, and shippingEnsure warehouse operations remain aligned with internal systems and operational standards.Contribute to a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environmentKey ResponsibilitiesInbound Operations (Approximately 50%)You will be responsible for processing incoming shipments and ensuring inventory is accurately received and recorded.Responsibilities include:Inspect incoming shipments against delivery notes and packing listsPerform quality control checks and identify discrepanciesGenerate and document Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) when requiredProcess inbound inventory within company systemsPrint and apply labels, allocate lot numbers, and assign storage locationsEnsure products are stored according to company procedures and quality standardsCollaborate with Quality and Operations teams to resolve inventory issuesPrepare and maintain accurate documentation for inbound activitiesWarehouse & Outbound Support (Approximately 50%)You will also support day-to-day warehouse operations and outbound fulfilment activities.Responsibilities include:Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipmentBook and coordinate outbound deliveriesAssist with warehouse organization and inventory optimization initiativesSupport stock movements, inventory control, and replenishment activitiesEnsure outbound documentation is completed accurately and on timeMaintain high standards of housekeeping, safety, and operational efficiencyCompetenciesThe successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to:Process data accurately using warehouse management systems, supplier portals, and labelling softwareCommunicate effectively with internal and external stakeholdersWork efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalismPrioritise tasks and consistently meet deadlinesIdentify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and operational efficiencyAdapt to changing priorities within a fast-paced environmentTake ownership of responsibilities and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solvingDesired Mindset & AttributesWe place significant value on attitude
