Our technical installation company seeks an experienced installer with leadership abilities to oversee teams installing solar panels and air conditioning systems across the Netherlands.

You will coordinate daily work schedules, ensure safety compliance, perform complex installations, and provide training to junior staff. Maintaining quality while meeting project deadlines is a prime responsibility.
