Description

We are a fast-growing solar installation company looking for a senior project installer with proven experience in high-volume residential solar panel deployment projects across multiple Dutch provinces.

You will oversee the installation process, coordinate teams, troubleshoot on site, and ensure projects meet deadline and quality targets. Customer interaction to explain system functions may also be necessary.

Work requires extensive time outdoors on rooftops with use of ladders and safety harnesses. Shifts are generally Monday to Friday with some weekend work during peak installation periods.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in solar panel installation
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Fluent English communication skills
• Ability to ensure safety compliance at all times
• Valid EU work permit
