Our Haarlem-based elderly care organization is recruiting a Senior Personal Care Manager to oversee multiple care programs dedicated to seniors’ physical and emotional wellbeing. This leadership role drives care quality and team development.
You will supervise care workers, develop care plans, monitor compliance with regulations, coordinate with healthcare professionals, and ensure client satisfaction. Your role is key in continuous service improvement.
Work is onsite at our centers and occasionally involves community outreach. Normal weekday office hours with occasional flexibility are required. Dutch labor protections and workplace standards are maintained.

Requirements
• Excellent English proficiency; Dutch an advantage
