Description

A well-regarded care organization in Leiden is seeking empathetic part-time Elderly Assistance Workers to provide emotional and practical support to seniors coping with loneliness or cognitive decline.

Your responsibilities will include offering companionship, facilitating social activities, supporting basic daily tasks, and monitoring wellbeing changes. Coordination with family and medical teams is essential.

Work location is onsite at client residences or community centers. Scheduling is flexible but requires availability for several hours weekly including some weekends.

We provide competitive part-time wages, supportive supervision, and opportunities for role expansion based on interest and performance.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
• Basic English proficiency
• Experience with seniors preferred but not mandatory
• Willingness to work flexible part-time hours
• Valid EU work authorization

• Ability to travel locally independently
