Description

Join our solar installation team focused on expanding renewable energy infrastructure in city and rural areas throughout the Netherlands. We provide full onsite training for motivated candidates starting their careers in solar technology.

Your daily tasks include assisting senior technicians in panel mounting, securing electrical connections, carrying out system function checks, and maintaining a tidy worksite. Learning to safely work on rooftops and adhere to environmental standards is essential.

Work locations vary widely depending on project assignments and require travel within the region. Shifts are generally 8 hours with standard Dutch employment benefits and conditions including breaks and safety equipment provided.

Requirements

• No prior experience required; willingness to learn
• Basic mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
• Comfort working at heights and outdoors
• Good English comprehension for instructions
• Strong team player with reliability
• EU work permit
• Valid driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory
