Description

We are a multidisciplinary installation company providing solar and HVAC solutions to a broad client base across the Netherlands. We seek a technical installer proficient in both areas with a passion for hands-on problem solving.

Tasks include installing and commissioning solar panels and air conditioning units, troubleshooting installation issues, maintaining equipment, and supporting project teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.

The role requires working on rooftops and in technical spaces, with physical demands such as lifting and climbing. Typical working hours are full-time with occasional extended hours as projects require.

Requirements

• 2+ years installation experience in solar and/or HVAC systems
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
• Good English for communication
• Physical fitness for demanding tasks
• EU work permit required
