A growing telecommunications company in Tilburg is hiring Part-Time Customer Support Agents fluent in English to provide assistance to its European user base. This is a frontline role central to customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via phone and live chat, troubleshooting service issues, creating service tickets, updating customer account information, and escalating technical problems appropriately.
The job includes flexible scheduling options with up to 20 hours per week, working onsite in a modern call center with supportive team leaders and ongoing coaching.
We offer an hourly pay range of 15.00 to 17.00 euros, paid holidays, and opportunities for permanent contract after successful probation.
Requirements
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Basic technical knowledge or willingness to learn telecom services
• Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• Comfortable with call center software and multitasking
