We are seeking a Mid-Level Seniors Personal Caregiver in Dordrecht specializing in supporting elderly clients’ mental and emotional wellbeing alongside physical care.

Your role includes assisting with daily activities, encouraging cognitive exercises, providing emotional support, and facilitating social interactions. You will also monitor mental health changes and work with healthcare professionals as needed.

Onsite work is required at private homes or care facilities during scheduled hours, ensuring adherence to Dutch labor standards including breaks and maximum working hours.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in elderly or mental health care
• Good English communication skills
• Strong empathy and patience
• Valid EU work permit
