With your experience in logistics and proactive mindset, you’ll play a key role in maintaining quality, supporting your team, and keeping operations on track, even during peak periods.What You Will Do:Monitor progress: you oversee daily operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure everything stays on schedule.Participate actively: you’ll assist with loading and unloading trailers, order picking, and processing goods to keep workflows moving.Support the team: you provide clear instructions, motivate colleagues, and foster a collaborative environment.Utilize systems: you work with logistics software to track processes and ensure smooth handovers between shifts.Prioritize safety and accuracy: you ensure that all tasks are completed with a focus on quality and adherence to safety standards.You work in a 4-shift system with the following shifts:Morning shift: 06:45 – 15:15Evening shift: 14:45 – 23:15Night shift: 22:45 – 07:15Exception: on Sundays, the night shift starts at 22:00.Does this position sound like the perfect fit for you?
