We are an expanding e-commerce company in Tilburg seeking an experienced Customer Care Specialist fluent in English for part-time hours. Your role will be key in maintaining high customer satisfaction levels addressing inquiries related to online orders, payments, and returns.
You will handle phone and email support, document customer feedback, liaise with the logistics team, and propose service enhancements. This role requires a proactive approach to resolve issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.
Working conditions include up to 25 hours per week with flexible scheduling, modern office facilities, and a supportive team culture focused on quality and innovation.
We offer a salary range between 17.00 and 19.50 euros per hour, paid holidays, and regular training to keep your skills current with market trends.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably e-commerce
• Strong problem-solving skills and empathy
• Ability to handle multiple communication channels
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Legal permission to work in the Netherlands
