Description

Our company specializes in cloud-based solutions for businesses looking to modernize their IT infrastructure. Based in Amersfoort, we pride ourselves on providing clear and effective technical support to our clients.

As an IT Helpdesk Assistant, your daily duties will include answering client queries via phone and email, assisting with password resets, performing basic troubleshooting for software and hardware, and escalating complex issues to senior engineers. You will document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the ticketing system.

You will work onsite in a comfortable office space Monday through Friday, from 8:30 to 17:00 with a 45-minute break. The role is fast-paced and demands strong customer service orientation and patience.

Requirements

• Basic IT knowledge and customer service experience
• Good spoken and written English communication
• Strong interpersonal skills and patience dealing with clients
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work

• Full-time onsite availability
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
