Description

We are a service-oriented IT company located in Haarlem that provides technical support and IT consultancy to local businesses. Our team values clear communication and quick resolution of IT issues to maintain customer satisfaction.

Your role as an IT Helpdesk Operator includes answering inbound calls and emails, logging support tickets, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps, escalating complex issues, and following up to ensure resolution. You will use a ticketing system and collaborate with field technicians to support clients efficiently.

The working environment is office-based with standard business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 17:30, with occasional on-call duties. The workspace is modern with ergonomic equipment and a relaxed atmosphere.

Requirements

• Basic IT knowledge related to hardware, software, and networks
• Excellent customer service and communication skills in English
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling inquiries
• Comfortable using helpdesk software and Microsoft Office
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Legally authorized to work in the EU
• Willing to work full-time onsite in Haarlem
