Our boutique hotel kitchen in Dordrecht seeks an experienced Chef de Partie to oversee a key section of food preparation in our busy kitchen. We serve an eclectic menu combining classic Dutch and European dishes with a modern twist, emphasizing fresh and local ingredients.

Daily tasks include preparing ingredients, cooking dishes to order, managing your station, assisting in menu development, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting junior kitchen staff. You will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver quality and timely service.

Typical shifts cover early mornings through evenings, including weekends and holidays. The kitchen environment is high-paced yet collaborative, requiring focus, creativity, and physical stamina.
