Acceptance of terms
By registering an account or using any part of the NLnest platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform. Access to certain features requires registration.

Definitions
- “NLnest” / “Platform”
- The NLnest website and all associated services, APIs and tools operated by BRANDNEST S.R.L.
- “Candidate”
- A registered user who uses the platform to search for jobs and submit applications.
- “Employer / Company”
- A registered business or individual who uses the platform to post jobs and manage applications.
- “Content”
- Any text, images, files, data or other materials uploaded or submitted through the platform.

User accounts and responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the platform.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and keep your profile up to date.
- You may not share your account credentials with third parties or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

Job listings
Employers posting jobs on NLnest agree to the following:
- Job listings must be accurate, lawful and not misleading. Salaries, working conditions and requirements must reflect reality.
- Employers must not post discriminatory job listings or require anything that violates applicable employment law.
- Job listings must represent genuine, open positions. Fake or speculative postings are prohibited.
- Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their job postings and for hiring decisions.
NLnest reserves the right to remove any job listing that violates these Terms, without notice or refund.

Application process
When submitting applications through the platform:
- You confirm that all information in your profile, CV and cover letter is truthful and accurate.
- By applying to a job, you consent to the employer receiving your application data (CV, name, cover letter, screening answers).
- NLnest does not guarantee employment outcomes. We are a platform facilitating connections between candidates and employers.

Intellectual property
All platform content, design, code, trademarks and branding are the intellectual property of BRANDNEST S.R.L. (NLnest). Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or modification is prohibited.
By uploading content (CV, profile information, job descriptions) to the platform, you grant NLnest a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, display and use that content solely to provide the service.

Prohibited activities
You may not use the NLnest platform to:
- Post false, misleading or fraudulent content or job listings.
- Scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the platform without written permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its backend systems.
- Harass, abuse or harm other users, or engage in discriminatory behaviour.
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.

Limitation of liability
NLnest acts as an intermediary platform connecting candidates with employers. We are not a party to any employment contract or hiring agreement made through the platform.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, data loss or third-party actions.
NLnest does not verify the accuracy of employer job listings or candidate CVs. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any employment relationship.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Satu Mare, Romania.
For European Union users, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under EU law.

Changes to these terms
NLnest reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
