1 Acceptance of terms

By registering an account or using any part of the NLnest platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform. Access to certain features requires registration.

2 Definitions

“NLnest” / “Platform”

The NLnest website and all associated services, APIs and tools operated by BRANDNEST S.R.L.

“Candidate”

A registered user who uses the platform to search for jobs and submit applications.

“Employer / Company”

A registered business or individual who uses the platform to post jobs and manage applications.

“Content”

Any text, images, files, data or other materials uploaded or submitted through the platform.

3 User accounts and responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and keep your profile up to date.
• You may not share your account credentials with third parties or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

4 Job listings

Employers posting jobs on NLnest agree to the following:

• Job listings must be accurate, lawful and not misleading. Salaries, working conditions and requirements must reflect reality.
• Employers must not post discriminatory job listings or require anything that violates applicable employment law.
• Job listings must represent genuine, open positions. Fake or speculative postings are prohibited.
• Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their job postings and for hiring decisions.

NLnest reserves the right to remove any job listing that violates these Terms, without notice or refund.

5 Application process

When submitting applications through the platform:

• You confirm that all information in your profile, CV and cover letter is truthful and accurate.
• By applying to a job, you consent to the employer receiving your application data (CV, name, cover letter, screening answers).
• NLnest does not guarantee employment outcomes. We are a platform facilitating connections between candidates and employers.

6 Intellectual property

All platform content, design, code, trademarks and branding are the intellectual property of BRANDNEST S.R.L. (NLnest). Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or modification is prohibited.

Caricando contenuti (CV, informazioni del profilo, descrizioni delle posizioni) sulla piattaforma, concedete a NLnest una licenza non esclusiva e mondiale per archiviare, visualizzare e utilizzare tali contenuti esclusivamente per fornire il servizio.

7 Attività vietate

Non potete utilizzare la piattaforma NLnest per:

• Pubblicare contenuti o annunci di lavoro falsi, ingannevoli o fraudolenti.
• Raccogliere, estrarre o copiare sistematicamente dati dalla piattaforma senza autorizzazione scritta.
• Tentare di ottenere accesso non autorizzato a qualsiasi parte della piattaforma o ai suoi sistemi di backend.
• Molestare, abusare o danneggiare altri utenti, o impegnarsi in comportamenti discriminatori.
• Utilizzare la piattaforma per scopi illeciti o in violazione delle leggi applicabili.

8 Limitazione di responsabilità

NLnest funge da piattaforma intermediaria che collega candidati e datori di lavoro. Non siamo parte di alcun contratto di lavoro o accordo di assunzione stipulato tramite la piattaforma.

Facciamo sforzi ragionevoli per mantenere la disponibilità della piattaforma, ma non garantiamo un accesso continuo. Non siamo responsabili di eventuali perdite o danni derivanti da interruzioni della piattaforma, perdita di dati o azioni di terze parti.

9 Legge applicabile e giurisdizione

Questi Termini e Condizioni sono regolati dalle leggi della Romania. Qualsiasi controversia derivante o relativa a questi Termini sarà soggetta alla giurisdizione esclusiva dei tribunali competenti di Satu Mare, Romania.

Per gli utenti dell’Unione Europea, potrebbero applicarsi anche le leggi obbligatorie sulla protezione dei consumatori del vostro paese di residenza. Nulla in questi Termini limita i vostri diritti statutari ai sensi della legge UE.

10 Modifiche ai termini

NLnest si riserva il diritto di aggiornare questi Termini in qualsiasi momento. L’uso continuato della piattaforma dopo la pubblicazione delle modifiche costituisce accettazione dei Termini rivisti.

Le modifiche sostanziali saranno comunicate via email o tramite un avviso prominente sulla piattaforma. La data di "ultimo aggiornamento" in cima a questa pagina rifletterà la revisione più recente.
